Our In Person Training Services:

60 Minute Sessions
Ideal for those with tight schedules, these sessions are designed for a quick, effective workout. We’ll focus on achieving a solid training stimulus efficiently, which might mean skipping some of the more complex exercises. If you’re short on time but still want to get in a productive workout, this option is perfect for you.
Private Session: $50
Semi-Private Session:
•Perfect for siblings or teammates, this setting fosters friendly competition and teamwork, with the added benefit of a lower cost per person.
• Groups of 2: $35 per person
• Groups of 3: $30 per person
• Groups of 4 or More: $25 per person
90 Minute Sessions
For a more comprehensive training experience, our 90-minute sessions allow us to delve deeper into mobility work, accessory lifts, and advanced technique refinement. I recommend starting with at least one 90-minute session if you’re a new client to thoroughly assess your strengths and weaknesses and craft a tailored plan. This option is also great for those mastering Olympic lifts or advanced athletes who need extra stimulus and detailed attention.
Private Session: $65
