Meet the Coach
“I started my strength training journey at age 10, driven by a passion to excel in track and field, football, and basketball. By high school, I was deeply invested in mastering exercise techniques, programming, and supplementation, always pushing myself and my teammates to new heights. At Wheaton College, I played defensive line, set a school record with a 395lb clean, and held the highest lifting total for two years.
With my CSCS and USAW-2 certifications, I’ve worked with a diverse range of athletes, from college athletes to those just getting started on their fitness journey. My personal experience in bulking, cutting, and constant physical transformation to play the sport I love has equipped me with unique insights into achieving peak performance.
Today, my main athletic passions lie in lifting and playing basketball, but I am always trying to achieve new athletic feats.”
